How about third city. In Gallitan County there has been passive GPS monitoring by Court Services of defendants since last year. One of their favorite tatics is to violate someone on Friday afternoon, so they are in jail untill Monday morning. At least the papers in Billing and Missoula have shown some intrest in it. Our own paper, The Bozeman Daily Cover-up is too busy printing the real estate section, they are not going to worry about some poor slob in the slammer. Beside that, bad things never ever happen in Bozeman, if they did, it might lower property values.
