		<description>Or listen to reason, public defenders already earn above average salaries.  On average public defenders earn $80K. On average laywers in the private sector earn $68k if they are not working at a large firm.  Under this bill attorneys, who are earning a very good salary are included in the bill.  Compare the college cost reduction act where there are income limitations (although these are very low). Couldn't the money be better used to hire more public defenders?</description>
