On average laywers in the private sector earn $68k if they are not working at a large firm.  Under this bill attorneys, who are earning a very good salary are included in the bill.  Compare the college cost reduction act where there are income limitations (although these are very low). Couldn&#039;t the money be better used to hire more public defenders?</description>
