I know the murdered victim in this case--and while I have faith in the system and believe in the rights of the accused, I also believe that this second trial shouldn't be taking place. There were 3 witnesses to this murder---3. There needs to be a line drawn on be nitpicky about everything that is said. It seems murders have more rights than their victims and that is not justice. It wasn’t misconduct.
